First, go to Yelp for Business website.
Check whether you already have a page on Yelp by specifying your company name and address in the search bar. You can include a neighborhood, city and zip code information to make your search more concrete. Click “Get Started” to see if your business is listed on Yelp.
You will see the list of companies, registered on Yelp. Now you will need to submit or claimbusinessonYelp (depending on whether your company is on the list). If your company is not there – go to the bottom of the website and click “Add your business to Yelp” to post your business on Yelp.
To complete the process of Yelp business page sign up you will need to fill in an online form. Put information in proper lines. It will include Country (choose from the list), Business name, Address, City, Province, Postal code, Phone number, Web address, Working hours, Business category (choose from the list) and Email address.
Press “Add business” button to submit the data and create a company profile.
You will see this phrase on your screen.
Go to your email to confirm you have created Yelp company profile. The email should look like this.
Click “Confirm email address”.
You will be redirected to this page.
In a couple of days, your application will be reviewed and you will receive an ability to log in and put an additional information about your company.
How to claim business onYelp?
If your business has already been on Yelp or you have submitted the required form you will need to claim your business.
Find your business on the list and click “Claim this business” button.
You will need to put some data into the table, including your First and Last name, valid Email address and password you will use for your Yelp account. After you put all the required data click “Continue”.
You will need to answer a quick phone call at this point. Click “Call me now”.
You will need to enter the automatically generated code and after this you will see a message on your screen that you claimed your business and you have set up your business account on Yelp.
Now you can Log in any time using your Email address and the password to post updates to your business profile.
